Fall Fashion 101

Okay guys, some of you know SF and I are die-hard fashion lovers. SF is known to troll fashion blogs on a daily basis while simultaneously sending me links to "members only" shopping sites. We never miss an episode of Project Runway, want to move our offices into the nearest Anthropologie store, and have spent far too much time looking at winter boots on Zappos.com. Flat or heeled? Flat or heeled? Any thoughts?

Anyhoo, when I saw this video, I had to take a break from posting about writing.

Here is my dear friend Sarah and her business partner Beth, kickin' it with their friend, Gwyneth Paltrow.

Too fun!

Dude...I am a shoe and fashion FREAK! I always go for heels...though my feet HATE me for it! I just can't find flats I like at all. So, if you find some let me know, okay? Okay!

As a dude AND a dad, I can't pretend to know much about fashion, ... but that is really awesome for your friend (I assume, can't watch the video here at work).

So cool! Yet another reason to go to NY (as if I need one)--Kirna Zabete! Of course, I can't even afford to buy one sock there, but I can go in and drool, right?

I just bought some Pliners from our favorite "members only" site Rue La La. They're stretchy with a mid heel--pretty casual looking. I plan to wear them daily the minute the temp dips below 90.

I love fashion. As soon as I lose all this excess baby weight, I am definitely buying some new clothes to celebrate.

Very cool shoe porn! ;) Thank your friend Sarah for the awesome video.

I say if you can find a pair of flats you like, get flats. Tall shaft, brown leather. If you're looking for black boots, ankle booties are in, and I know you aren't looking for snow boots, lol.

You'd be surprised how comfortable a platform bootie is, and they'll make you look suuuper tall.

Okay, I'm done babbling, but next to writing, you've hit on a subject near and dear to my heart. And my feet. ;)

What do you MEAN flat or heeled? Um, how about BOTH ;-)

How much fun! I loved some of those outfits Gwyneth tried on!

I spend an obscene amount of money in Anthro EVERY month. It makes me happy just being in the store. :)
